Super ganda mas malaki ung screen nya and mas matagal malowbat pang 3rd watch nanamin to sa Awei. Ung isa nasa pamangkin ko tas dalawa ung nasa picture. Gamitan nyo lng ng gomo or smart kasi may mga promo cla na no expiry. Need ung data para mag update ung location. Tuwang tuwa anak ko kasi napapayagan na makipaglaro sa labas 😍 highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Btw nka set to update manually or every 1 hr location para mas matagal battery life. Twing uuwi anak ko from school nka 80% pa dn battery nya ehh

2. The watch is not recognized. Please turn off the watch and restart it.
3. The inserted SIM card is not a local mobile SIM card.
✅ Only use a SIM card from a (recommended operator's) network
✅ The SIM card must be registered with a real name (complete real-name authentication)
✅ The SIM card must be activated (activate by calling customer service)
✅ The SIM card must support 4G (call SIM card customer service to request switching to 4G)
✅ You must subscribe to a monthly internet data plan
❌ You cannot use a SIM card that only supports data or only supports calling, nor an unactivated SIM card
❌ If the SIM card is unregistered or unactivated, the watch will not be able to detect the SIM card
2. Download the APP on your phone and scan the QR code to bind the watch.
3. After connecting to the network, the time will sync automatically. There is no need to set the time manually.

In Singapore, we recommend using Singtel or Simba
In Thailand, we recommend using AIS or TrueMove
Additionally, children might frequently interact with the watch—playing mini-games, checking the time, or making voice calls with family. These actions constantly light up the screen, which, especially at higher brightness levels, further accelerates battery consumption.
Normally, charging the watch once a day is sufficient for standard use. If the battery doesn't last a full day, we recommend trying the following methods to extend battery life:
1. In the mobile App, set the positioning mode to "Manual" to prevent the watch from frequently updating its location automatically.
2. Lower the watch's screen brightness to reduce unnecessary power consumption.
3. Guide your child to reduce how often they unnecessarily wake the screen or play with the watch.
4. Reduce the frequency of using remote control features, such as remote photography and remote listening.
