Q: How do I switch to the low-latency gaming mode?
A: Most models allow you to enter gaming mode by triple-tapping the right earbud. This reduces audio delay to as low as 0.06s, ensuring your audio and video are perfectly synchronized during fast-paced games.
Q: Why does the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) feel less effective in certain environments?
A: ANC is most effective against low-frequency sustained noises like airplane engines or city hums. Ensure you are using the correctly sized ear tips to create a tight physical seal, which is essential for the noise cancellation technology to work at its full potential.
Q: Can I use the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) mode with only one earbud?
A: Most ANC models require both earbuds to be worn to create a proper seal and accurately calculate ambient noise. Using only one earbud may automatically switch the device to transparency mode or standard mode to ensure audio balance.
Q: Can I turn off the noise cancellation to hear my surroundings?
A: Yes, you can easily toggle the ANC function off using the dedicated button on the ear cup, allowing you to hear ambient sounds when walking on busy streets.
Q: How effective is the active noise cancellation on the AT20ANC?
A: The advanced ANC technology effectively reduces low-frequency ambient noise by up to 30dB, creating a quiet listening environment ideal for flights, train rides, and noisy offices.
Q: How many hours of playback do I get with ANC turned on?
A: With the ANC feature activated, the headphones provide up to 40 hours of continuous playtime, ensuring a peaceful listening experience throughout your journey.
Q: Can I fold these headphones for travel?
A: Yes, they feature a foldable travel design. You can easily collapse the ear cups inward, making them compact enough to fit into your backpack or carry-on luggage.
Q: What is the dual-device connection feature?
A: The Bluetooth 5.3 chip allows you to connect the headphones to two devices simultaneously, so you can easily switch from watching a movie on your laptop to answering a call on your phone.
